Register for courses by printing the registration form and returning it to us with payment.

Preregistration and prepayment are required to assure we have materials and space available for all participants. We encourage merit pay recipients and those with upcoming license renewal to register early, as capacity is limited. If a class fills, we will create a waiting list and notify you if space becomes available. Please remember that you will need your PS number or Social Security number to register for classes.

Drop-In Participants

Participants who come to a class for which they are not preregistered (drop-in participants) may attend only if there is space available in the class. Handouts and other materials may not be available at the class for drop-in participants. Drop-ins may need to make arrangements to pick up these materials at a later date. Instructors are not able to accept payments at class. Drop-in participants must fill out a training registration form, put this form and payment in an envelope, and put the envelope in the CCR drop box located at the front door to our building. Certificates of attendance for drop-in participants will be mailed after registration and payment are confirmed.

Location

Courses will be held at the CCR office in Missoula unless otherwise noted, and at various locations in Hamilton. Shorter courses in Missoula may be moved to a larger location if demand exists and the courses can be effectively delivered to a larger audience. All registrants will be notified if the location is changed.

Cancellation Policies

If you need to cancel your participation in a class for any reason, you must contact CCR 48 hours in advance in order to obtain a refund or credit. This allows us to make room for other participants who may be on the waiting list. If fewer than six people are registered one week before a course is scheduled to begin, CCR will cancel the course. Occasionally, CCR must cancel courses due to weather conditions or instructor illness. When CCR cancels, we will contact all registrants and a payment credit will be issued. If you have paid with cash, you’ll have the option of a credit for a future class or a refund. Credits are good for the training year in which they are issued.
