Front Office Administrator – Responsibilities include providing reception and administrational support to a non-profit organization. Greet clients both in-person and through a multi-line phone, route clients to appropriate staff and record/distribute all paperwork. This position is also responsible for office supply ordering, notarizing documents, mailing list organization, and requires excellent customer service skills, dependability, organization and attention to detail. Required qualifications include two years customer service experience, organization skills and computer skills specifically with Windows and Microsoft Office. Preferred qualifications include clerical experience and multi-line phone experience. The hours for the Front Office Administrator position are 8am-5pm Monday through Friday and the starting wage for this position is $11.57 + benefits.
